Who We Are

Goodwill partners with individuals, corporations and private foundations in the community to support our job training programs and educational opportunities for people in our 15 counties in western and south central Washington.

Every year, thousands of people in our region struggle to find jobs. At Goodwill, we believe that by training people with the necessary skills to find employment, we are helping to strengthen families, reduce dependency on government subsidies, and build stronger communities. We  work with interested supporters to find meaningful ways to invest in the mission of Goodwill. We invite you to join us and help make a brighter future for someone in our community.

How Your Support Helps

You can choose to support Goodwill by designating your donation to any of these funds:

The Scholarship Fund has the most direct impact on individual participants. This fund allows us to cover the cost of a participant’s job training and support at no cost to them.

The Mission Fund benefits all participants engaged in job training programs by providing programmatic support for workforce development. Goodwill is a state-accredited teaching institution committed to providing high-quality courses.

Often times our participants require assistance with basic needs so that they can be successful in their training program or at their new job. These needs are widespread and can include the purchase of clothing for interviewing, safety equipment or transportation.Gifts to the Area of Greatest Need allow us to meed these needs.
