Success Story

Julie Gentile

“I was terrified to lose my husband, turn 50, and figure out what I was going to do.” While donating some items she became more aware of the programs offered at Goodwill. Familiar with construction and the trades from her husband’s businesses, she thought the Environmental Training Program might be the right fit to launch her career. “I don’t want a dead end job, I want a career,” Julie said. She stepped into an orientation to learn more about the program and never looked back.
