Donation Guidelines

Our donation attendants are trained to know what we can and cannot accept and will help guide you to other possibilities for donations that we cannot use.

At times, we have to say ‘no, thank you’ because items are dangerous, recalled or not reusable or recyclable. The following guidelines were developed to increase the amount of acceptable donations received by Goodwill.

Our Attended Donation Stations (Trailers) have less capacity so we recommend taking your larger items directly to a store location.
