Donation Pickup Services Guidelines

Goodwill donation attendants are trained to know what donations we can and cannot accept. When a donation item is identified as dangerous, recalled or is not reusable or recyclable, we will help guide you to other organizations that will help you dispose of the item(s) in an environmentally responsible way.

Free home pickup service is available in select areas for furniture and large-volume donations. These items are subject to approval. Please call 1.800.584.7996 or email donate2us@goodwillwa.org to inquire about our service.
