Goodwill helps people with barriers to employment go to work by providing jobs, job training, educational opportunities and support services to enable employment and job retention. Goodwill operates work opportunity centers in Tacoma and Longview, helping people find and keep a job.

This year, Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region will provide job training and educational services to 10,000 people and place 3,000 in jobs at over 1,300 organizations.

The assistance we receive from our supporters, whether it be shoppers, donors of goods, Goodwill Heritage Foundation DreamMakers, corporate partners, or any of our over 1,300 organizations that hire our graduates, all enable us to fulfill our mission of getting people to work.
